Director of Data Operations
Shawn (he/him/his) is a data architect with over 17 years of experience in the non-profit and education sectors. He has focused his career on developing and implementing advanced database solutions, business intelligence, and data optimization strategies. Throughout his career, Shawn has excelled in leading data services and engineering teams to build innovative data products. His work spans a variety of nonprofit progressive organizations and software companies, where he made significant contributions to advocacy and data-driven projects.
As Director of Data Operations, he manages the development of our team’s data and reporting/analytics infrastructure along with supporting clients such as the Obama Foundation and the DCCC.
Shawn lives in Arlington, VA with his family and enjoys being outdoors (especially a good hike!). He is also an avid fan of the Back to the Future series.
